Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To start a return, contact admin@wildflowersway.com 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for return shipping costs  ONCE THE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND APPROVED, STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED  FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM(S). ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE STORE CREDIT. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item

Please note photos of the damaged or defective item(s) may be requested. Photos can be sent to admin@wildflowersway.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are inelgible for returns, such as hats, earrings, cups, bathing suits and custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please Note: Any item(s) or packages that are lost or damaged by the shipper during the return transit will not qualify for a refund (store credit). Please properly package all items and secure labels to packages prior to sending, to ensure nothing is lost or damaged during return.
